Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and Superagents Labs, which runs Slide & Slay. By playing or buying anything in the game, you accept them. Last updated 2026-10-31.

Who can play

Anyone can play for free. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account with an email. If you are under 18, you need a parent's or guardian's permission to make purchases.

Your account

The game creates a guest account automatically. If you add an email, you can sign in on other devices; keep access to that email, because the sign-in codes go there. You can delete your account at any time in the game (Armory, account box). We may suspend accounts that cheat, abuse other players or break the law.

Virtual items

Gold, themes, effects, heroes, relics, the season pass and other in-game items are a licence to use them inside Slide & Slay. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be sold or transferred outside the game. We may change how items work, rebalance prices or retire items as the game evolves, and we will not remove items you paid for without a refund or a fair replacement.

Purchases

Prices are shown before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe, and items are delivered to your account immediately after payment succeeds. Purchases need an account with an email so they follow you to every device. One-time items (themes, the starter pack, a season's pass) can only be bought once per account.

Refunds

See the refund policy. In short: ask within 14 days and we refund, and the items are removed from your account.

Fair play

Do not cheat, exploit bugs, automate play, tamper with the game or its servers, or use offensive display names. We verify daily dungeon scores and may remove scores, gold or items gained unfairly, and reset or ban the accounts involved.

The service

We work to keep the game running, but it is provided as it is, without guarantees that it will always be available or error-free. We may update, change or stop features, including the season pass, with reasonable notice where we can.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Superagents Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

Changes

If we change these terms, we update the date above, and tell you in the game when the change is significant. Continuing to play after a change means you accept it.
